Wife not wearing hijab etc.

Has anyone heard, if its allowed for a christian wife of a muslim, to wear jeans and not to wear hijab, in a non-muslim country, or any country?

I think a more important question would be, is it even permissable to marry a "Christian" woman in a non-muslim country in the first place?

I dont know about non-muslim countries, but christian women are halal as far as I know.
