iProgress Sabeel Study Retreat
The Sabeel Study Retreat aims to impart to students knowledge and cultivation by providing intensive study retreats where Islamic and secular topics are studied in a unique and proficient way. Spirituality is likewise integral to the programme. Students will get the opportunity to spend time with different Scholars and students of knowledge developing their skill and receiving cultivation to help develop them into well rounded individuals who are able to articulate Islam in a modern context and address the unique situation and challenges faced by Muslims across the Globe.
What is a Study Retreat?
A Sabeel study retreat offers students the opportunity to spend a weekend away from their normal lives for a weekend of interactive study and nourishment delivered by scholars and students of Knowledge. These courses are being delivered in an interactive learning style allowing the student to gain a full and comprehensive understanding of important Islamic and secular subjects. The retreat also allows students to network with others who are present; partake in Quran reading, Discussions, Q&A sessions, Workshops and Team Building sessions.
What will I find at the Study Retreat?
We believe a Muslim's development is not only about increasing in knowledge but also the soul needs to be nourished. Therefore Sabeel study retreats are normally held over a weekend (2 or 3 days) and require he tparticipant to stay for the weekend and to spend their time partaking in intensive study sessions, discussions and other activities. Sessions and courses are developed and taught by recognised scholars and students of knowledge. At the beginning of each retreat, students are given course materials and other resources that they can use during and after the course.
As part of the cultivation programme and brotherhood-building students may be required to partake in various activities such as giving presentations or cooking.
What’s the next step and how can I partake in the next Sabeel Study Retreat?

You will then be contacted by email by our administration team confirming we still have places available and asking you to make payment by PayPal.
