SubhanAllah! The pictures make the Bektashis appear like a syncretic movement. Aside from the typical picture which Shi'ites claim is that of Imam Ali (radiallahu anhu), the Bektashis adopted some practices of Greek Orthodox Christianity, in the form of the ikons, the black clothing and hat worn by the man in the fourth picture, and the relics in that same picture. Is the man in the second picture Hajji Bektash?
The Bektashis were founded when Isma'ili baatiniyya infiltrated the Sufi tariqas (or tekke in Turkish). Known as the Bektaşilik in Turkey, the Bektashi belief was similar to the pantheism of the Alevis, such as wahdat al-wujud (Unity of Being) and the doctrine of the Saba'iyya, who raised Ali (radiallahu anhu) to the level of divinity and worshipped him, wa Naudu Billah!

Is that a mosque or an Art gallery?

This is mind-blowing. I always heard that sufis in Iran were persecuted by the Ayatollahs but I can understand why now.
Is this real?

You're confused. Sufies arent persecuted for this, they are persecuted for praising Abu Bakr and Omar.
As far as portraits, idols and Shirk are concerned, Iran promotes it and Shias do such things far more than the Sufies do.
Also there are different groups of Sufies, some are half Shia-Sufies (like the guy in the picture) others are Sunni-Sufies.
Shiah Sufies say "sacred secret knowledge" was passed to Ali (ra) by the Prophet (saw) while the Sunni-Sufies say the same about Abu Bakr (ra).
