Surfing online to gain authentic Islamic knowledge is not as easy as it sounds, especially these days when corrupted & deviant websites (claiming to be "Islamic") are spreading rapidly. Many websites mis-interpret true Islamic teachings, and thus lead many towards a false and/or negative views about Islam.

As a result I devoted some of my time to producing a database which only lists the authentic Islamic websites, provided with the type of information each website consists of. Therefore I would like to take this oppertunity to share this database with you, and hope that it benefits you in acquiring knowledge about this beautiful Religion which Allah has granted us.

The database file is attached to this E-mail.

I must emphasise that all of these websites have undergone strict testing to prove its worthiness and authenticity. Having said that, I am only a human and Perfection is only with Allah. So if you see any error(s), mistake(s), and/or deficiency in the websites or the database itself then please do inform me as soon as possible.

Once you download this file a computer security alert might come up (on your screen). Don't worry about the alert since this is absolutely clean, virus-free E-mail.

And last but not least, remember Allah and keep your duty onto Him.

lol this is so typical....i would do the same if i wanted to spread a virus....he probably doesnt know this...i think his own virus scanner or some email scanner(or forum scanner) removed the file

thank you for the list of sites. as a potential convert i have been contemplating between the salafi way and the tasawwuf/deboundi way. both claim that they are the true traditional way and the other way is wrong. i have browsed many islamic websites and i am never sure which site represents which, but thanks to this page i will now know insha allah, and will also discover many other sties i have not known about before! masha allah!!!
