Sounds like he is talking about the Shii'a government of Iraq.

Did anyone else notice that this video was posted by someone called "AbdulZahra"? Now ask yourself what sort of person would give their child a name like that.

lol at the person who put the video up. They claim he refers to Ali vs Muawiyya (May Allah be please with them both), when in fact it is Yazeed. Also he says HIS OWN teachers never mentioned or hid the incident of kerbala. How many of his teachers were wahabbi? I doubt even a single one.
What is interesting is that he defines the type of leader who is not fit to assume Amir Ul Momineen. Wonder why he doesnt mention Asad & Co?

Do bear in mind that the Syrian regime is under the leadership of an Alawi-Nusayri shi'ite. Also, 'Grand mufti's' tend to be handpicked by the government.
