Shaikh Abdur Rahman Dimashqiah (Lebanese) is well known in Arabic websites for his defense of the aqeedah of Ahl As sunnah and exposing the deviancies of the sufis (especially the Ahbash) and the Shia\Rafidah.
For this reason, the Ahbash and Rafidah hate him deeply.
He has a site just for exposing the Ahbash and refuting them.
http://antihabashis.com

The shaikh is fluent in both Arabic and English.
Today, a Rafidi posted a thread with a fabricated video claiming that Shaikh Dimashqiah "confessed" to being homosexual.

I listened to the video and was not able to hear that "confession", as it was not very clear, and it didn't sound like he was confessing to anything.
So I asked my husband about this, and he said to search on his site for a document showing an apology for al Azhar.
So I did a search and found a topic in d-sunnah website (website for defense of the aqeedah of assunnah) and one brother asked the shaikh directly about this accusation, so the shaikh (hafidhahu Allah) replied and explained what happened.

Here is the link to the topic where the shaikh explains what happened, and replies to those false accusations:
http://www.d-sunnah.net/forum/showthread.php?t=51927

please someone translate it or just a summary of it.
because it is late where I live, so I have to go.

Jazakum Allahu khayran

the source is the sunni islamic website, who are opposed to the wahabi religion, and one of their cheif priest, priest Dimashqiah.

As for not being able to hear his admission, I find that very convenient. I followed your links and found nothing with any credibility.

Oh really, so your short audio clip that conveniently cuts without any sort of "confession" in it is more credible? Despite it being hosted by a website that, as you say, is anti Qur'aan and Sunnah.

You are trying very hard indeed in your efforts to unsettle sunni muslims and waste their time in meaningless topics... you are doing this because you believe it is rewardable to bring harm to sunni's, isn't that correct? It's probably what the extremists at "Islamic" Centre of England in Maida Vale taught you.

Translation of a summary of what happened (from the shaikh's words found in the link I posted):

The story of being kicked out from al Azhar was built upon a lie that was spread by a liar named Yahya al Barazi, then its falsety was clear to AlAzhar, so he retracted, and for several years I have demanded from him to announce this retraction of his, so he wrote a letter of my innocence from everything that was attributed to me, and that it was only lies from that false accuser.
And this was in year 1971 from what I remember. And it was at the end of the 13th year of my age, and I did a lecture about this topic.

And I displayed this fatwa from al Azhar with my innocence from everything that was attributed to me from Al Ahbash (an extreme sufi sect) whose leader was studying with me in al Azhar at that time. He was actually famous for his bad akhlaq, bad behaviour and his failure in al Azhar.
[1st Link]
so the Ahbash falsified it as shown in this link
[2nd Link]
It was even proven the innocence of the Egyptian al Azhar from the Ahmbash, as is in this link
[3rd Link]

And the Ahbash distorted the testimony of my innocence and removed some of the words so it would appear as if it was a testimony of the Azhar of me being kicked out, and the people laughed at them and asked them how would that testimony be written with WORD since year 1971 or 1972??
so they were silent, and it was appearant to them that Allah made this a sign of their falsification and lie.

And Nizar Halabi was behind the compaign against me after I distributed my book (Refutation against Abdullah Al Habashi) May Allah treat him with what he deserves after He had upon him who emptied 30 bullets in his head, may Allah have mercy on their souls, and decree them from the shuhada.
And I don't forget to mention here that Yahya Al Barazi also was hit with a bullet in his head, the one who made the lie.

And the Ahbash claimed that there they have a confession with my voice when I was very young, and I invited them to show it, and they promised to do it, but 15 years have passed and they haven't until now, with their strong care to expose their apponents...

The Ahbash cult is a terrorist group that works as agents and assassins for the Alawi-Ba'ath regime of Syria. The Ahbash were involved in the assassination of Rafiq al-Hariri:

I spent most of yesterday with the Sheikh during his recent trip to London. MashaAllah his knowledge of deviant sects is really something and its obvious why the Rafidah and Sufiyya hate him so much, stooping to their usual lower than low levels in order to try and "get one over him". Yes "ahmedjbh", IA's resident taqiyyah mongering dog, you're included in this. I still will never forget when the Rafidah got so desperate after their constant battering on the Mustaqillah debates, that when one time Sheikh Al Balushi scratched his nose, they accused him of "snorting heroin from his watch". Unfortunately it is true that this statement came from "Sane" adults, but then again being a 12er Shi'a does entail one switches off their brain completely in order for anything to even remotely make sense.

It's funny how they try so hard to slander our scholars with idiotic "video evidence" and forged statements, when at the same time their own scholars have openly allowed the growing of heroin, anal intercourse, intercourse with animals and babies and sex change operations without any necessity (Sistani always did look suspiciously feminine to me), courtesy of the shayateens of Qom. All of these are documented and freely available in their own books. Yet mr JBH is quiet on that. He must obviously be receiving a portion of Khabeeth-enei's very own Khumus fund.

Anyway here is more of the Sheikh's recitation, recorded from Salatul 'Isha

Shaolinmaster, do you happen to know if that lecture on the Ahlul-Bayt by Sh. Abu Muntasir at Queen Mary ISoc was ever recorded? If so, do you know where it can be found?

Shaolinmaster

Yes it was akhi, and the recording is in the possession of the ISOC. Unfortunately due to the cowardice of the Rafidah, even stooping so low as to accuse the sheikh of being a "supporter of terrorism" after being thoroughly humiliated by him, they won't release the recording.

Don't worry, inshaAllah keep your eyes peeled for a new initiative being planned for the education of our brothers and sisters in regards to the Shi'a nuisance, after Ramadan :D
