There is no filth in the blood, urine and faeces of the infallibles that needed to be avoided during the salat and similar to it, as known as impurities. Also there is no stink in their urine and faeces but instead they smell like the smell of musk Al-Afrad (type of perfume). And whoever drinks their urine and faeces and blood Allah will make fire forbidden upon him and Paradise becomes obligatory for him.

Similiar absurdity can be found in the quotes of Khomeini as well:-

ماء الاستنجاء سواء كان من البول أو الغائط طاهر

Water used in process of cleaning genitals after urination and excrement, is clean if any of its three characteristics are not changed, nor should it contain any significant particles of feces, nor should filth exceed in a way that is unbelievable with (the act of) istinja.
