Anything can be done, iA... the question is, how complicated is the process, how long it would take, and whether it's worth it for one person. We have already taken other measures to ban him. If it doesn't work and he is persistent, perhaps we would consider, iA.

I think this should simply be a temporary measure...so that the rafidi gets frustrated ....
