What age range? If they're able to read and understand basic Arabic properly, I would recommend Aboo al-Hasan an-Nadawi's books on the stories of the Prophets, they're very popular in the Middle East.

Assalamu alaykum

This site has a few arabic children books online http://www.childrenslibrary.org/icdl/SimpleSearchCategory?langid=309

Also, there is the Arabic Talking books series. (There are about 4 of them, PDF's that play audio of somebody reading the text. Quite good). I could upload them if you want, but might take me a while.

The Nadwi books are also really good, with a focus on Islamic vocab, they can be bought in the UK, online and from many bookstores. i.e. Kitaabun (http://kitaabun.com/shopping3/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=34&products_id=936&osCsid=68a566ec20685387d6d4265b9a370333) sells them

Those are the ones, although the publication may differ. They're also very good for those who are taking steps to learn Arabic.

If you are willing to buy online, visit this site: www.jarirbooks.net

The children's section is here: http://www.jarirbooks.net/main.asp?uri=1065&cat=1.36

They have pretty large collection of books. You can find both Islamic and other story books as well as DVD and audio.
