Is there any restrictions upon new users opening threads or sharing views in already open threads?

The brother should double check that his account is activated and could try logging in again , finally he could send an email 2 the administrator 2 alert them of the problem!

When someone registers here , their account is validated usually quite quickly , but sometimes staff can go out for the day and then validation gets delayed.
