Qur'an recital on CD?

Is their anywhere to download the full Qur'an being recited in it's original Arabic?

I read that the Qur'an is played on CD in buses, etc, in Arabic countries and wondered if their is a CD that can be bought or downloaded with the Qur'an being read?
