HELP! The Need For an Islamic School!

InShaaAllaah all is well.

I need help preparing a survey for 'the need for an Islamic school' I would appreciate any suggestions and types of questions I could ask parents, to determine there is a need for us to open up an Islamic School in our are, inShaa'Allaah!

Maybe you could do a 'yes' and 'no' sort of question, for example,

'Do you think there is a need for an Islamic School here?'
Yes or No.

And then do a bar chart to show the (preferably positive) response.

Then go on to find out what kind of Islamic education they would like in the school, eg, subjects etc.

I don't know whether this will be of any help.
It seems to be relatively little. I'll think of more stuff Insha'Allah and PM you.
