Who are Ahlul-Fatra (the people of intermission)?
They are those who the risalah of Islam has not reached.
But at what point can a person say that the Risalah of Islam has reached a people?
Is it enough that Muslims live among them? Is it enough that they know of the Prophet, sal Allahu `alayhi wa sallam?
The Prophet (sal Allahu `alayhi wa sallam) said: “I swear by him in whose hands is my soul, no Jew or Christian hears about me, and then dies without believing in what I have been sent with, except that he will be of the denizens of the Fire.” (Muslim)
The question is, what does 'hears about me' mean?
Is Sharh Muslim online?
