Arabic text shows up fine for me on most websites, and on word etc... However on http://albarrak.islamlight.net/ it shows up like "Çááå Ûäí Úä ÚÈÇÏÊäÇ .. ÝáãÇÐÇ "

So can anyone help?

It shows up fine for me. Try right-clicking on the site and set your Encoding to Arabic.
