Is swearing allegiance to the constitution of let`s say America considered to be a qasd of kufr in and of it`s self? I have read several things concerning this topic but i would like to know if there are any books specific concerning this topic (in arabic or english).

Because if it`s in fact a qasd of kufr this would imply that government employees will all be guilty of kufr because as far as i know government employees in america/europe have to swear their allegiance to the constitution.
