URGENT can shirk be excused ?

Please only people with Ilm post due to have a thread which is not to big

Can Shirk be excused due to Jahl ?
why is there the mashoor ikhtilaf amongst the scholars of Ahlu Sunnah?
some say it is excused some say it is not?
How can there be an Ikhtilav in matters of Tawheed and Shirk ?
