There are tons of childrens books here (http://www.arabic.youngmuslim.info/cindex.html), though the thing is that they're not compiled into PDF or anything like that. They're saved as individual JPG files, so you have to view the pages one by one on a web browser.

You can save the image files, but that'll take long...
