This is a warning to the muslims here about trusting strangers over the internet, however Islamic their names may sound or however many seemingly beneficial posts they may make or however senior their position on the forum may be, Islamic forums on the internet are infested with Jews impersonating muslims, using muslim usernames and identities.

They do this to infiltrate into positions of authority on these forums, and to cause fitnah and corruption amongst the muslims and to try to push their non threatening version of Islam in place of true Islam.

They also operate numerous other accounts under muslim names, using proxy servers to avoid detection and so that IP checks will indicate they are where they falsely claim to be, usually conveniently far away from the majority of the forum users, and they use these accounts for a multitude of purposes, to pretend to be the muslim voice on the street, and question aspects of Islam such as Jihad, Hijab or Al Walaa wal Baraa etc. and try to raise doubts or cultivate unIslamic attitudes and thinking in the minds of the muslims, and alternatively, accounts to establish identities online as trustworthy muslims.

They are also probably involved in the arrests of muslims charged with terrorism offences after internet conversations with people, and without a doubt have the ability to hack into peoples computers and email, so please be on your guard against these people, and anyone who invites you to MSN conversations, however plausible they may appear, or however much Islamic knowledge they may have, the leader of the munafiqeen in Medina used to give khutbas in the masjid, these people are very devious and cunning and as muslims we should know this and be on our guard against them inshaAllah.

whilst it would be ideal to blame everything on the jews and im sure there may be some spying, we have our own fair share of nutcases, who are more than willing to spy on others. The Jews cant always be blamed unfortunately.

I don't see how he's advice help. It only helps to cast suspicion on each other and paranoia. Suppose what he say's it's true?
How does it help. It doesn't. As there is no way to identify who's who.

As for being careful than we all should be careful as we all know that everyone here is responsible for what they say. There is no need for someone infiltrating here as this is already an open forum. We already made this clear.
If anyone come here with dodgey view or do dodgey thing we do what we always do and that is show their erroneous way.
As for exchanging msn than you should not do that anyway with people you don't know, nor should you if you got anything to hide.

As for the general advice it is good, but that could of been done without casting suspicion or/and by using the word Jews.
Far as he's advice goes anyone here can be jew in his hat typing away for his next Kosher meal.

I read an article a while back about a woman who would go on Islamic forums pretending to be a jihadi. She knew a bit about Islam and even some Arabic. She wasn't paid to do this or anything, she did it out of her home. This devil would attempt to get people arrested.

Probably incite brothers and sisters to say things that could be used against them, and then it becomes evidence. Allahul Musta'aan.

His advice doesn't cause us to cast suspicion on each other. Just a general 'be careful' notice. If someone's asking weird questions, then avoid answering them.

Ok, as of now I don't think there is someone speaking of Jihad loudly would like to meet other unknown guys just because he met them in a FORUM, except if he's a scholar who would say the FATWA whatever happens and it's his mission, or he's an ordinary guy already known as a Jihad Supporter.

In any other case, if some body wanna meet a bro because he says that he loves Jihad, he should meet him in Iraq or Afghanistan and they should shake hands there and exchange the bullets together to fight the invaders.

Are you suggesting the charges of that individual are related to something on this forum? According to the accounts from court proceedings, such as one posted recently in another thread, it has much more about their cyber-romances (with cyber-Jihadist females) and their usual valiant cyber-proclaimations that lead to their conviction and very little to do with orthodox Islamic thought.

Accordingly, a recent MI5 document mentioned:
