This is ooooooooold... I remember seeing this several years ago, I think it was 2004 or 2005.
Basically, the story is like this. Some diggers discovered the skeleton of a mammoth (a kind of prehistoric elephant that has been extinct for several thousand years), and a photo was taken of it. Then some photoshoppers came in and edited the photo by putting a human skull on it, and it was subsequently distributed on the internet. So a lot of people were fooled by this photo, and they were saying that it is scientific evidence that ancient humans were giant-sized.
However, anyone with any basic knowledge of anatomy can clearly see that the rest of the skeleton, particularly the rib cage, is purely that of a four-legged animal, with no resemblance at all to that of a human.

Regarding the comment about the saudi scholars and 'Ad people etc., there is nothing mentioned in the Qur'an or any authentic narrations saying that 'Ad were so huge that they could pull trees out with one hand etc. All that is mentioned or implied is that they were taller and stronger than their contemporaries, just like today some northern or eastern Europeans tend to be a lot taller than other people.
Even the whole question of humans on this earth being originally 60 cubits tall is highly debatable, it is based a line in one hadith in al-Bukhari that some scholars have questioned whether it is the words of the Prophet, sallallahu 'alayhi wa-sallam, or one of the sub-narrators. Ibn Hajar in Fath al-Bari disputed the claims of some people that ancient humans on this earth were 60 cubits tall and said that the phrase in the hadith of Abu Hurayrah "and the people have been getting shorter ever since" was problematic. He mentioned that if people really had been 60 cubits tall on earth, then we would have found evidence of this in the buildings, tools etc. that they would have left behind.
For instance, look at the buildings of Thamud at Mada'in Salih in the Hijaz. The size of the doors and rooms shows us that the Thamud people - who lived only a few generations after 'Ad - were roughly the same size as us today.
We do know for sure that Adam was 60 cubits tall when he was created, i.e. in Jannah, and that the people of Jannah when they enter it will be the height of their father Adam, i.e. 60 cubits.
Think about this: If people who were 5-6 feet tall in the dunya will be changed into 60 cubits tall when they enter Jannah, then it is also understandable that a 60-cubit tall Adam could be reduced in size to 6 feet tall when he was expelled from Jannah to the earth.
