Stopping Haram Images: New Accounts

Assalamu Alaikum

Since the forum has seen some haram images uploaded in the past few days by new users - probably kuffar - would it be possible to prevent new users from uploading images?

If this is not technically possible, how about disabling such uploads altogether, with established users who might want to upload a halal image contacting the Admins?

JK, we got other measures in place which we cannot disclose for security reasons. But this is just a grim reminder that the threat we face from online terrorism is real.
