to be honest, hardly any of the juvenile rawaafidhah there had the slightest clue what HT is. they just voted in enmity of ahl as-sunnah :)

when i was in uni, a I was friendly with shi'ah because i was HT, but one shi'i would keep asking me 'what do you think of wahabis?'

When I left HT, he asked me again, and i knew from then these shi'ah rawafid want nothing then to divide those who refer to the sahaaba(raa) more.

And the HT are loved by their rafidite friends because the disparage Mu'awiyah(ra)

When I was in uni, i would see Ht-ites sitting on the same table as Shias, astaghfirullah!

the poll results at shiachat suggests that their preference for HT above the wahabis is one of convenience.

from their shared sentiments it appears they have as much abhorence for HT as they do the wahabis, the only difference bieng that HT are said to be 'approachable' therefore can be tolerated as far as shiaism is concerned.

perhaps HT is preferred not becos of their minhaj or their aqeeda but becos the alternative ie the wahabis are unnaceptable?

HT should remain weary of taking support or encouragement from the rafidah, especially when rafidah are given to taqiyyah.
