Question about 'openly displaying your religion' in Darul Kufr

What are the criterias under "openly displaying ones belief" for living in Dar ul Kufr?

E.g. not being able to make the adhan outside the masjid, pray jumuah prayer, grow your beard, wear hijab, etc.

Would the above exempt one from leaving 'Darul Kufr' (ie the person would not need to make Hijra)? Is there any Darul Islam today to make Hijra to?
