as-salaamu alaikum
shaikh muhammad aamaan aljaami(rahimhaullah) said
"whoever researches and finds out the reasons on what made the shaikh(muhammad ibn abdilwahhab) establish his da''wah and then reads his books and essays that he ,his sons,his grandsons or his students wrote
he will have no doubt that his da'wah concentrated on 2 angles
a)calling the people to make the worship of allah alone in the sense the creation doesnt worship another formof creation besides allah or with allah and to make the 'almutaaba'ah"(the following) for the messenger of allah(sallallahu 'alaihi wasalam)) alone in the sense that no statement or opinion is put ahead of the the statment of the messenger of allah(alaihisalam)
b)Calling the people and especially the rulers to judge by the sharee'ah of allah alone in the sense that people dont take others as lords besides allah where they declare things to be halaal and haraam
allah says(what translated means) "INDEED THE JUDGEMENT IS TO ALLAH AND HE HAS ORDERED THAT YOU DONT WORSHIP OTHER THAN HIM"YUSUF:40
This means that the da'wah of shaikh muhammad ibn abdilwahhaab used to aND still fights the 2 most dangerous forms of jaahilyaah that is wide spread in the islamic world in this modern age
THE 1ST FORM:the jahilyah of the creation worshipping the creation based on the claim of loving the righteous or seeking them as a means or an intermediary to allah and other execuses that are very similar to the statement of the previous mushrikeen that the qur'an mentions" WE DON OT WORSHIP THEM EXCEPT THAT THEY BRING US CLOSER TO ALLAH"ZUMUR30) and the da;wah of the shaikh fought this form of jaahiliyah and casted it away and up unitll now it is still being fought everywhere and the gratittude is to allah
THE SECOND FORM:the jahilyah of judging by other than what allah has sent down and their is a a close tie between this jaahilyah and the the previous form and this is known to all those who allah has granted fiqh in the religion because judging to other than sharee'ah of allah means taking partners with allah in making laws and legislations for this the da'wah of shaikh muhammad ibn abdilwahhab considred this jaahilyah the twin half of the one before it and the ruling is one according to islaam(meaning both forms of jahilyah are major shirk) so it(the da'wah) fought it like it fought the one mentioned previously ( the first form of jahilyah mentioned above) and for this we know the mistake of those who think that the da'wah of ibn abdilwahhab(rahimahullah) only remedied the apsect dealing with worshippping of other than allah(meaning in graves and stones and idol) and neglected the aspect dealing with the constitunianal side"

note:So this should be a reminder for all those callers to tawheed not to restrict their da'wah to fighting grave worshipping or to tawheedul-asmaa' was-sifaat and stop at their but they should warn from all aspects of shirk whether it be in grave worshipping or in judging by secular laws for according to the u'alaama of islam the one who follows a secular system is like the one worships an idol.likewise those who only give importance to the issue of al-haakimiyah and dont care to speak about the modern day mushrikeen who worship the graves and call upon the dead!!like we find with the the ikhwaanul-muslimoon
