"And I advise the rulers to return back to allahu subhaanahu wa ta'ala and to be truthful with their subjects and I really really hate to differ with this friend or that friend over the ruler and according to him(the ruler)we are like flies and we are not worth anything to him so he says" the ruler is a kafir!" and so his friends says to him" I will abandon you for the sake of allah because you said he was a kaafir" !and the other friend says” I will abandon you for the sake of allah because you don’t call him a kaafir so we should not busy ourselves with this issue"(excerpt from the tape'-ashihaabul-haariq"
Comment:This naseehah is mainly for 2 groups who attribute themselves to the salafee da'wah. The first group busies itself with defending the tryranical rulers who have replaced the sharee'ah of ar-rahmaan with the paganistic secular laws of shaytaan and justify their alliance with the kuffar and other acts of kufr and they will abandon you in a heart beat if you mention the rulers of today in a bad light. The second group declare all the rulers to be kuffar withoutexception and if you dont hold the same opinion then you are a murji' deviant or according to the more extreme groups you would be called a kaafir because who ever doesnt call a kaafir a kaafir then he is a kaafir!!!(And this is a correct principle but it must be implemented correctly) and little do these juhaal know is that the issue of declaring a muslim who falls into major kufr a kaafir all depends on conditions and obstacles and is an issue of fiqh that should be left to those who have knowldege of the guidelines of takfeer.wabillaahi-tawfeeq.
may allah have mercy upon our shaikh muqbil and grant him jannah
