This is directed primarily at Abuz-Zubair but I would also appreciate the input of others inshaaAllah.
I have been thinking about the issue of the fiqh of minorities after reading the lengthy Hijrah thread and also the covenent of Security thread. I'm trying to figure out, from a daleeli perspective, would the evidences/texts from the Madinah period of RasoolAllah's (saw) life be used exclusively or primarily to derive the fiqh from?
