Asalaamu Alaikum ikhwan. I was reading one of the questions on islamqa today and i came across a couple or more questions that i had doubt regarding or questions for that matter. It would be too lengthy posting the whole article here so here's the link,

Rulings that apply only to women during Hajj.

Ok, first of all, how do number 8 and 9 tie in together? Then number 10 sort of confuses me further for then the face would appear while going against number 9! I understand one way it is possible ikhwan but wouldn't it be hard, Wallahu A'lam. The sisters who have gone for hajj, perhaps you could help in clearing this up. Your help would be highly appreciated.
Secondly, number 11 and 17, just sounded controversial fro some reason. So are women allowed to perform hajj in pants then e.g. jeans?
Thirdly, number 26 and number 7 seem to contradict each other as well. Forgive me sincerely brothers, my intention is not to confuse but I am confused myself, lol, afwan.
And lastly, number 27. Subhanallah! this actually happens during Hajj! Couldn't the Saudi government find any accommodation for these sisters? I mean isn't this a really serious issue?

If any brothers and sisters can help, I would highly appreciate your help and Jazakumullahu Khairan therefore for that purpose.

Asalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuhu.

wa alaikum as-salaam wa rahmatullaah,

I'm sure others will explain much better, but just to add a few points insha'allaah...Ok, first of all, how do number 8 and 9 tie in together?Number 8 cites the hadith regarding the impermissibility for a muhrimah to wear a niqaab or gloves. What number 9 is suggesting is that this is not an excuse for women to have their faces and hands uncovered before non-Mahram men, rather they can ensure they are covered appropriately (in the presence of non-Mahram men) with other than the niqaab and a pair of gloves. Simply lowering the khimaar/sleeves, would ensure both the face and hands are shielded.

Then number 10 sort of confuses me further for then the face would appear while going against number 9!Number 10 is stating that it's not necessary to take measures to ensure no cloth touches the face. (Remember niqaab is often a separate piece of cloth, specifically veiling the face, and the impermissibility in the hadith cited is regarding a muhrimah wearing a niqaab).

Secondly, number 11 and 17, just sounded controversial fro some reason. So are women allowed to perform hajj in pants then e.g. jeans? These clothing and pieces of jewellery would be concealed by the Jilbaab?
You can read more about Point (17), here (http://www.islamqa.com/index.php?ref=36600&ln=eng).

Thirdly, number 26 and number 7 seem to contradict each other as well. It’s haraam for both the muhrim and muhrimah to remove any hair.
By cutting the ends of her hair for a muhrimah (and the halq/qasr for a male), after all the rites, marks the stage when the restrictions of ihram become lifted, and the umrah/hajj has been completed.

And lastly, number 27. Subhanallah! this actually happens during Hajj! Couldn't the Saudi government find any accommodation for these sisters?I guess you really have to be there to analyse it… perhaps it is lack of resources, the families are unable to find accommodation etc.
May Allah ease their affairs!
