Salaam alaykum everyone,

I would like to know who is running salafitalk.net website. Is it run by any scholars?

THere is a section on a site that spends a lot of time backbiting scholars, only a minute few scholars have escaped their criticism. I believe the Shaytaan has caused them to exaggerate and become excessive in their actions. The insult some to the point where you have to wonder whether they put them on an equal footing with the Yahood and Nasaara and the Hindus!

They have advised that one should stay away from certain mosques, like the main one in Leyton, London! What ? THis is an excellent mosque!

So, I have seen some upsetting things on there and I believe they are way out of their league in making such statements. Who are they? What ISlamic educations and backgrounds have they had?
Here are a list of the scholars they have criticised Some they have insulted to the point where I dare not repeat on this forum:

Salih Al Munajjid (I think his ISlam-Qa site is the best on the internet!!!!)
Ahmad Deedat (May Allah have Mercy on Him)
Zakir Naik
Shaykh Abdur Rahman Sudais (!!!!)
Yasir Qadhi
Khalid Yaseen
Abdur Raheem Green
Suhayb Hassan
Salim Al Amry
Abu Usamah At Thahabi

and many more.

THey appear to be picking at such tiny things with a lot of them. Is it not better for them to spend their time waging Jihad against the ignorants of the Sufis, the Barelwis and the Shia? By Allah, time is such a precious commodity.

Why is so much time spent on scholars that have brought much much much good to the Ummah, especially to Tawhid in Worship (ie supplicating to Allah alone)

So, I would like to know what we can do, whether we should discuss these issues with them. They have a lot of this critical material removed from their website that will do nothing but splinter the Ummah further. I have tried to register on their forum but can't

Brothers, it is important we do not become too angry with them, because I believe their intentions at heart are noble.

Wassallam
