Look how the shia are taunting him. BTW is it just me or has this increased sunni hatred of Shia like 10 fold.

May Allah have mercy on his soul, based on his niyat. Even though he was an enemy of islam before, it seems he has made tawba, and he has signs of a good end, like saying shahada and being killed by kuffar and murtadeen. Not many people will meet death in such a brave way with a shahada as the last words masha Allah. We dont know even if we will have such an opportunity. MAy Allah destroy Kuffar, Murtadeen and Shia!!!

his last words were:
"i testify that there is no god but allah and muhammed is the servant and messenger of allah"
only time can tell wether or not he used his last remaining days in prison to repent and recant from a lifetime of deviance.

No brother. Only Allah knows the whole truth about his last days. Time does not tell anyone anything in of itself.
I pray for his security based on what I hear about him. After all, he was killed by the kuffar on the assumtion that he was a 'Sunni' leader. He was killed on the day of Eid to give us the 'present' of his execution news.

well, according to an interview with islammemo.cc, saddam's lawyer said that in his last days he increased the number of his salaahs and readings of the qur'aan, and that he had requested a book by ibn hanbal (RAH) and the book of seerah by as-suyuuti. he also quit smoking, had less sleep and wrote islamic & nationalistic poetry. ( http://www.islammemo.cc/article1.aspx?id=26347 )
according to another article, he would always get his news from al-jazeera and islammemo.cc and everytime his lawyers would visit, he would ask them for a summary of the latest news regarding the mujahedeen / resistance. he is also reported to have prayed two rak'aat of thankfulness to Allah and to be extremely relaxed when hearing about what happens to the americans.
btw, if im not mistaken, the execution was INTENTIONALLY done yesterday (day of eiid for sunnis), because shiias have always done eiid one day AFTER sunnis (iraqi and iranian shiias that is). wallaahu a'lam.

I strongly doubt that many people in Iraq will feel sorry for Husein after all he has done. Still, he should have not been executed, despite all the suffering he put Iraqi people through. Or at least they should have waited for his other trial to be finished, this way his process looks like a kangaroo court.
I don’t know which idiot had a bright idea to execute Sadaam on a major religious holyday, or to record the execution of the sentence.

The scum Shites can be heard taunting him in the background and chanting and one of them shouts out moqtada al sadr's name.

The ones behind this were all shites. These raafidah dogs are coming close to their last days inshAllah
I read that Saddam had also advised his loyalists to join up with the Islamists.

I know that Saddam has done many horrible things during his rule and that he did not rule in a way approved by Allah subhana wa taalla, but now, he seems to be an honorable Muslim. From what I heard he encouraged forgiveness among the Iraqis and urged them to fight the Americans. The people who carried out his execution were the same people who torture children and burn people alive. They are traitors to Islam and they are traitors to their people. In fact, there has even been a neo-Con suggestion for a solution to the war by supprting them against the Sunnis. Not to mention, hanging him on Eid was an insult to every Muslim in the world.
