Assalamu alaiukm

A simple question:

Does the Khalq Af'aal al-Ibaad of Imaam al-Bukharee have a sanad going back to it? Does anyone have this edition:

Shukran.

wa-Alaikumu Salam,

Of course it has one, and probably more then one. The edition of 'Amr Abd al-Mun'im Salim, which is a revised one of Shaykh Badr al-Badr, has its basis a manuscript copied ca. 724 AH containing reliable narrators up to the famous transmitters of the Jami' al-Sahih: al-Kushimani from al-Firabri from al-Bukhari.

[Correction: should be 'a manuscript copied in the year 723 containing reliable narrators up to the well-known narrators of the Sahih: al-Kushahani from al-Firabri from al-Bukharui' - in case someone would make a lot of noise]

There are some Jahmites and other ignorant people who feel no shame to make Ta'n upon the heritage of Imam al-Bukhari and others from the Salafi Imams who wrote on I'tiqad. A brother, who posts here regular [under several screennames], felt even no embarassment to copy the idiotry of a unknown poster who wrote a 'refutation' of the Sawt-narrations based upon his meagre knowledge of the dozens of these narrations, the authenticity of several of them (even the ones he disregarded in that post), and other stupidities.

Why is it that people make claims or support unproven ones, and then ask others for support or help concerning a given subject? Sincerity is far here..

May Allah blind the insincere ones!

Shukran Jazilan.

Can you either scan or post the full sanad from that 8th century manuscript here? These Jahmites seem to think that the Khalq has been tampered with! LOL.

BTW - Who is the one being referred to as the : the idiotry of a unknown poster who wrote a 'refutation' of the Sawt-narrations based upon his meagre knowledge of the dozens of these narrations

?

Can you mention all the extra narrations on al-Sawt besides the one from Jaabir (ra), Abu Hurayra (ra) and Ibn Mas'ud (ra) - all mentioned in the main thread on al-Sawt?

Does anyone know where the findings of al-Haafidh Diyaa al-Maqdisee al-Hanbalee on al-Sawt wal Harf can be read online?
