Assalaamu Alaikum Warahmatullaahi Wabarakaatuh
We are considering a move to the Middle East and I was wondering if anyone who is living there currently or who has made hijrah from the West and visits this forum could share information on their experiences there.
While I am not concerned with creature comforts, I would like information in order that I may plan a little better Insha Allah. Ive got a wife and two daughters aged 4 and 1yr 8 mnths.
learning arabic while working, job prospects, cost of living, education levels for kids, foreigner visa issues, money needed to startup etc along with any other information that you think we might find useful (websites, contacts etc). I might look at teaching English if that'll give me a chance to find work easier. Dont have any degrees or diplomas but loads of work experience.
