Bismilahi rahmanir rahim
Asalama alaykum wr wb

How are you my family? are you all ok? i pray that you are and i pray Allah the most high makes the pursuit of happiness successful for you.

As for what comes after:

I have been roaming the forums for a while now, and decided to sign up,
i have a question regarding hijrah i hope you can assist me in finding an answer.

i would like to know islams stance on one who migrates fisibililaah, but though not wanting to, may have to return to the uk to seek medical aide.

obviously with the intention to return as soon as one handles her buissness.

you may wonder well why cant u get your medical aide then make hijrah, its not that symplistic.
also what if a loved one is seriously sick and u want to return to be by their side or check on them (again not for a long time and not with the intention to live in the deserted land one migrated from, is this permissable?)

hope u can help a sister out, i will continue to do my own research. please provide evidence if u can. if not your comments still appreciated. verifying them inshallah will be educational and not a burden for me.
barakallahu feek, know that what ever good u do Allah knows it and will reward the deed as well as the effort put into it.

The above fatwa has some points that are relevant to your questions , that being that if there is a need , there will be no problem InshaAllaah.
And for family being in a kaffir country then you have to try to go anyway, as visiting family has a high priority in Islam.

Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him maintain the bonds of kinship" [Bukhari]

You have mentioned your a sister , I advise you ukhti to travel with a Mahram.

Jazzkallah khayr sis
and barakallahu feek for the advice i intend to start my hijrah the right way, seeing that an accepted hijrah is rewarded with a clean slate an empty of sin record.

my brother will take me, and i will live with my paternal uncle upon arival who will be my muhram over there. iNSHAHALLAH

Assalamo'alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

mashaAllah sis May Allah accept it from u and grant u sabr ameen

Umar R.A.A said "I heard Messenger s.a.w saying
Actions are only by intention, and every man shall only have what he intended. Thus he whose hijra was for Allah and was for Allah and His Messenger, his hijra was for Allah and His Messenger, and he whose hijra was to achieve some worldly benefit or to take some woman in marriage, his hijra was for that for which he made hijra.Bukhari and muslim

Imam ash-Shaf'i said:

"This hadeeth is a third of all knowledge." The words, "actions are only by intention", mean that deeds which are performed in accordance with the sunnah are only acceptable and rewarded if the intentions behind them were sincere. It is like the saying of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, "Actions depend upon their outcome.
