Can you perform salah if you have a tiny amount of blood on your clothes?
If so have the ulema stated how much is allowed?

You may, as the Sahaba would pray during and after their battles with blood on their bodies and clothes.

As for how much is or is not allowed, depends from person to person, according to Imam Ahmad. If you get freaked out by just a nose bleed, then you should wash that blood before praying. If you don't get freaked out by a lot of blood, then you can pray without having to clean the blood.
