make sure you breaks and lunch coincide with prayer times and most importantly try to keep you wudu - it goes a long way when your strapped for time.

other than that dont get caught with your foot in the sink. and if anybody asks, the prayer mat is not a magic carpet!

working in retail during the shorter days of the year is a dilemma for the 5 timer, its not going to be easy to do asr before the sun sets. and not everybody is going to be fortunate enough to have an understanding boss.

Work is an act of worship , provided your intention is correct , one should be working to please Allaah as Allaah loves those who work to earn money in order to be able to marry , help your family , help the poor ect.

[That man can have nothing but what he strives for; That (the fruit of) his striving will soon come in sight: Then will he be rewarded with a reward complete.] (An-Najm 53:39-41)

The Phrophet sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam was a hardworker mashaAllaah and would make dua'a to protect him self from laziness.
Always try to be the best example of a Muslim ,your behaviour could be the way for someone to embrace Islam.
Whenever you see the chance for dawa'a then be ready with some phamplets in your desk drawer .
If there are other muslims near you then try to instill brotherly ties betweeen you all.
Lower your gaze if there are females.
