Assalamou alaykoum brothers and sisters,
I have a question linked with the definition of bid'a. In fact some people said me : there is a bid'a hassana in Islam : for example :
When the number of people (muslimin) grew up in his period, 'Uthman Ibn 'Affan introduced in islam the first adhan of jumu'ah
What answer can we give in order to refute such ideas ?

yeah and about taraweeh umar (ra) said that it was a good bidah to do it in jama'ah every day
sufis use this a lot, to promote stuff like kissing the eyes on the mention of the prophet (saw)

the sunnah of the Khulafah ar Rashideen (the first 4 Khalifas including Umar and Uthman radiyallahu anhuma) is to be followed according to a hadith by the prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, thus their sunnah is from the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam because we are ordered to hold on to their sunnah.
also, their doing would not fall into bid'ah in deen, salat at Taraweeh was prayed by the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam, where the sahabah prayed behind him, for 3 days then the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam stopped because he feared it would become obligatory upon them (a revelation coming down making it obligatory).
but after the death of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he revelation stopped, so there was no fear of it becoming obligatory, so Umar started it again, and him saying "bid'ah", it is the bid'ah in linguistic meaning, meaning it is something new during his time, and not done before after the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam stopped it for reason mentioned above.
