I found that this procedure works majority of the time.

Once you get the error - stay on that error screen (do not click "back" or try other links on the sit). Then wait for the time period to expire. Next click on the refresh button on your browser. Irritating to say the least but lets have sabr insha'allah while the webmaster fixes things.
