Khobar, Riyadh, Jeddah, Yanbu, Taif and Dammam.

24-month, 12-month or 9-month contracts are available for applicants with
a TEFL certificate. Preference will be given to applicants with teaching
experience and/or a university degree but these are not a requirement.

EF English First in Saudi Arabia offers a complete package which
includes:

• Salary paid in local currency and is equivalent to approximately
US $1600 (6000 SAR) gross per calendar month. There is no income tax in
Saudi Arabia, the only deduction from salary being a 2.5% social tax.
• Flights both to and from country of origin
• Thirty working days holiday per twelve-month contract in addition
to public holidays.
• Basic Medical Insurance is provided.
• Shared Accommodation

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must have recognized teaching English as a foreign language
certification, like the EF Certificate in TEFL, which contains a minimum
of 6 hours observed teaching practice (equivalent qualifications like
Trinity Cert. TESOL or CELTA are also acceptable).

Candidates not meeting the above requirements can apply for a place on
EF’s subsidised training programs with internationally recognised
TEFL certificates being offered monthly in the UK, Spain, the Czech
Republic, the USA and Thailand. Candidates taking advantage of up to £300
off the published course prices will be committing to 12-month contracts
in Saudi Arabia. Placement is guaranteed to all who pass the course.
