Asalamualaikum
Pardon my ignorance if the question is stupid but I was wondering if there is a collection of the verses of the Quran that is organized according to when the verses were revealed and also refers to the situation in which they were revelaed?
Better yet, is there a seerah that soley focuses on presenting the life of the Prophet (saw) with the intention to only highlight what verses came, when, and under what circumstances?
I hope that the question is clear.
Any links or books suggested would be helpful.
The reason I ask this is because I was just reflecting how great it would be to read a seerah of the Prophet (saw) and view soley through the lens of revelation of the quran. Not only could that possibly add insight to the seerah and quran, but also it would give us the closest possible experience of being there at specific situations at the time when the verses of the Quran were revealed.
I know that I haven't come across it but I am sure there is something like that in arabic and if not, then my guess is that it would be a fantastic project in the future.
While we do not know when all the verses came and under what circumstances definitively, I believe we do have knowledge for a lot of verses and their time and place. So even a collection of what we do know would be amazing.
Please let me know if you know of any sources in this regard.
