Al Sadr is the man that can deal out death through his black-clad followers and roil the government any time he chooses. Why Moqtada al-Sadr may end up deciding America's fate in Iraq.
Living Almaliki in trouble by himself especially during this time raises a big question.
It was said about him that there is one way to understand Moqtada al-Sadr is to think of him as a young Mafia don. He aims for respectability, and is willing to kill for it. Yet the extent of his power isn't obvious to the untrained eye. He has no standing army or police force, and the Mahdi Army gunmen he employs have no tanks or aircraft. You could mistake him—at your peril—for a common thug or gang leader. And if he or his people were to kill you for your ignorance, he wouldn't claim credit. But the message would be clear to those who understand the brutal language of the Iraqi Street.
What will happen to the Sunnis, Knowing that Al sadr is their target? Is he gonna take revenge of the Sunni militants deadliest attack?

I don't understand the message behind this post. Your last statement implies that Muqtada Al-Sadr is "taking revenge for the Sunni militants' deadliest attack", like it was the Sunnis who initiated the attacks in Iraq.
If not for the Badr Brigades and Mahdi Army, which used the American invasion as the perfect opportunity to embolden their cause and commit atrocities against the Shi'ites, the Mujahideen could have concentrated their operations against the invaders.
I notice you're from Lebanon. Please tell us the truth, whether you're a Shi'ite or not? There has to be some explanation for your posts, which are always harsh against the Mujahideen and generous towards the Shi'ites and the worst enemies of Islam.

the son of a pig sadr was only waiting to execute the muslims of iraq, and he got his chance when his masters, the jews, invaded.
i must give credit where credit is due, zarqawi was a cool dude when it came to shiites. and for that, may Allah swt forgive him and grant him jannah.

I was always perplexed by the attacks carried out in Iraq, against Shia masses. Although I was always against such acts, because I thought they have no basis in Islam, but I still thought that mujahedeen in place know better the conditions there, and I don’t know what they are going through at the hands of shia. But then I came across this letter of Sheykh ul Islam (r) which apparently could shed some light on from where they take this justification, and Allahu Allam, maybe someone here knows more?
a passage that Shaykh-al-Islam wrote for Muslims when the Tatars invaded. Shaykh-al-Islam Ahmad Ibn Taymiyah, may Allah sanctify his spirit, wrote this when the Tatars advanced in the year 699 to Aleppo [Halab], the army of Egypt departed and the army of Syria remained.
...Some, like the group of corrupting criminals who attacked the people of Islam, accept some aspects of the faith and leave aside others. Some of them uttered the two professions of the faith. What resulted was Islam without adherence to Islamic law. Their camp included four groups. There were Infidels who held to their unbelief--Georgians, Armenians, and Mongols. Another group had been Muslim but went back and renounced the faith--Arabs, Persians, Romans, and others. Allah, His prophet, and the believers consider them to have committed a greater crime than those who were infidels from the start. They must be fought until they return to what they left behind. With them there can be no tolerated subordinate status, no truce, and no ransom. Their prisoners cannot be released, ransomed, or exchanged. Their sacrifices cannot be eaten and their women cannot be married. The scholars agree that they cannot be enslaved so long as they cling to their apostasy. Both their combatants and non-combatants must be killed. The scholars agree that this applies equally to the old man, the blind man, and the chronically ill person. According to the majority of scholars, the same applies to their women. With a natural-born infidel one can conclude an assurance of protection or a truce. One can bestow favors upon him and ransom him if he is a prisoner. If there is a written contract, one can grant them subordinate status, eat their food, and marry their women. Scholars agree that you should not kill their women unless they take part in combat either in word or in deed. The majority of scholars agree that only those involved in the fight should be killed, as the tradition indicates. The apostate is worse for the faith and the world than the infidel who holds to his unbelief. Allah only knows how many apostates there are. These are the two types. Others were once infidels. They then embraced Islam but did not observe the obligation to say prayers, pay the alms tax, perform the pilgrimage, hold inviolate Muslim blood and property, wage jihad in the path of Allah, and impose the alms tax on Jews and Christians. The scholars are unanimous that these must be fought just as Abu Bakr fought those who refused to pay the alms tax. These are even worse. The companions of the prophet and the commander of the faithful fought the Khawarij apostates at the prophet's command. He described them, saying, "You will look down on your prayers in comparison with theirs, and on your fasting in comparison with theirs. They will read the Koran, but it will not go beyond their throats. They run from Islam like the arrow runs through its target. Wherever you find them, fight them. Allah will reward those who kill them on the Day of Resurrection." He said, "If those who fight knew what Muhammad has to say of them, they would desist." He said, "They are the worst people in creation, the worst of those killed in battle beneath the heavens; the best are those they have killed." Despite their extensive fasting, prayer, and recitation of the Koran, the prophet commanded the believers to fight them. The commander of the faithful, Ali, and the rest of the prophet's companions fought them. No one disagreed about fighting them as they disagreed about fighting the people of Al-Basrah and Syria, which involved fighting Muslims. These are far worse, even if they are unlike them in their beliefs. Some of them share the Khawarij apostates' view of Muslims. These are three of the categories. A fourth category is even worse. They gave up the laws of Islam yet continued to proclaim their adherence to them. They are infidels and apostates who enter Islam without observing its laws. Muslims are unanimously agreed that Muslims must fight them until they observe the laws of Islam so that there is no sedition and faith belongs to Allah. The word of Allah--which is in His Koran with its commands, prohibitions, and narrative--must be supreme. For they live on this earth. What if they should seize the lands of Islam: from Iraq to Khurasan, Algeria and Europe. What if they should target you and attack you: "Will ye not fight people who violated their oaths, plotted to expel the Messenger, and took the aggressive by being the first (to assault) you? Do ye fear them? Nay, it is Allah Whom ye should more justly fear, if ye believe!" [9:13]; "Fight them, and Allah will punish them by your hands, cover them with shame, help you (to victory) over them, heal the breasts of Believers" [9:14]; "And still the indignation of their hearts. For Allah will turn (in mercy) to whom He will; and Allah is All Knowing, All Wise" [9:15]. And know--may Allah set you on the correct path--that the prophet stood strong against many travails. He said, "There remains a group within my community who cling to the truth and those who betray them cannot harm them, nor those who oppose them, until the hour comes." He established that they were in Syria. This sedition split people into three groups: One group enjoyed Allah's aid and waged jihad against the ones who sowed corruption; the opposing group and their sympathizers consisted of the dregs of humanity and pretended to profess Islam; the third group comprised the traitors who shirked jihad, even if they remained true to Islam. Look and see whether a man is part of the group aided by Allah, the defeatists, or the opposition. There is no fourth group. Know that jihad is the finest thing in this world and the next, and to neglect it is to lose this world and the next….

What is the point of this Umm Lina? You sound infatuated by Muqtada as-Sadr and his thuggish agenda. If he was as powerful as you and others would like to project, than why has his militia been massacred everytime they confronted the US? In 2004 in Najaf he lost 300-400 fighters and only managed to kill 2 or 3 Americans and then called a ceasefire. Over the past few years the Americans have repeatedly bombed as-Sadr City and what response have they received? All as-Sadr and his thugs are capable of are murdering innocent men, women, and children.
