Our school will be holding a 'Meet your Muslim Neighbour' exhibition soon.
I need some ideas for the 'Islamic History' section. We will have some posters but I want it to be interactive and something for sight, smell, taste, touch, hear.
At the moment I am thinking of having the 'History of Islam' series books for people to skim through, as well as the 'Tell me about Islamic History'. Any ideas on what type of artefacts I could use? and where I could get a hold of them maybe?
I wanted a DVD playing, regarding Islamic History. Can anyone recommend a good one? also, any websites that maybe be useful on this topic?
