That was a good experience to know about Islam and Muslims but It could have been a fruitful one if the right people to tell about islam were there in the right time.

it had many many memorable quotes such as:
"is there any sleeper cell activity here" not something you would ask over dinner mind you..
and
what is this? he asks holding a muslim hat in his hands
a hat. says the muslim shopkeeper
lucky for him the imam at the local shia kerbala centre was not so forthright prompting him to look elsewhere for the answers.
after getting wanded by airport security on day 1 for wearing an 'arab' dress and having a ginger beard by the time his 30 days were up he was defending the muslims against his fellows with counterpoints that would make an islamicawakening forum member proud

apart from the pakistani family the guy was living in, most of the muslims featured in that video are SHIIAS. the first imaam is a clear shiia, the first masjid he prayed jumu'ah in is a shii'a masjid, the guy teaching him arabic is a shii'a, the last masjid he prayed in was a shii'a masjid, too!

yes, but in the documentary issues pertaining to the shias in particular were not raised. the point of interest for me was the interaction between him and what he and producer saw as a muslim community.
his experience whilst dressed as a muslim is especially noteworthy....
