It's part of a long piece by Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah (rahimahullaah) where he describes Paradise in his book حادي الأرواح إلى بلاد الأفراح (Haadi al-Arwaah ilaa bilaad al-Afraah) where he speaks about Jannah and Jahannam, the online arabic version of book is available here (http://www.almeshkat.net/books/open.php?cat=26&book=715).
