Assalamu 'Alaykum

I am looking to apply to Madinah University. Failiing that, I intend to study for a Civil Engineering degree, however, I would rather study in a Muslim country, in an Islamic environment. Can anyone tell me where I can apply from the UK, that accepts foreigners. (Unlike certain Universities that require the applicant to be a national of that country)

Some other choices may be Umm Al Qura in Makkah, Al Imam University in Riyadh, universities in Yemen or studying one on one with a sheikh in Yemen, Morocco or Muaritania.
