As-salaam Alaikum WarakhmatullAllahi Wabarakatuhu,

First off, jak to the brothers and sisters that have organized this forum---its a heart moving feeling to see many of us from all different back grounds and level of ilm, yet how the love we have for each other is unparrellel!

Subhana'Allah, when i read some of the posts, it is as if im talking to my closest brothers here in states when we talk about the deen. Alhamdu lillahi rabbi alAAalameen, for it is ONLY Islam that can bring hearts from farthest parts of this earth to reconnect instantly:

"Souls are like recruited soldiers. Those that recognize one another will come together, and those that do not recognize one another will turn away from each another". Narrarated by Aisha (RA)

Having shared that bit, nothing extraordinary here---just a college student trying to move a rock from the road or anything to help uplift the banner of Islam---and if i falter or say something incorrectly, "slap" me and correct me immediately, jazakallah khayr!

may ALLAH help us to stay TRUE and STEADFAST to HIM in ALL situations--ameen.

sorry about that “gleeful” intro---evidently, I wasn t in the right frame of mind…maybe it was the amazing mutton biryani that Ammi Gee had whipped earlier this week…it usually leaves me dazzled, lovey dovey and melodramatic for some days…

I give you my personal guarantee, bro ;) lol

and thanks for your “personal guarantee” yaar….ahem I think…(nervous/frightened smile)

…..I just hope I am able to log off without any bruises or at least with all my teeth intact!

Your brother in Islam,
-just a “fragile” guy :o

**I appreciate the brotherly and sisterly 'welcomes'! **
