Combining Maghrib and Isha

Bismillah Aslamum Aliekum Wr Wb

What is the correct opinion about combining maghrib and isha? there is one Masjid in london which is doing this, (ever day) is this right? Some brother's are losing the reward of the congregation prayer by praying at home, because the masjid is closed after they have combined.

Well what their saying is that it is hard for the brothers to stay awake till Isha! which is hard for me to comprehend! I can understand if it a sister who is married with children! which is a full time job!!
