why has the arsh above water etc been mentioned

assalaam'ualykum wr wb

a question:

why has Allah told us that the Arsh, the kursi, the arsh being on water etc.....someone concluded, even perhaps amongst the asharites that this view was almost childlike and naive view of God, there being no reason for God to have or mention such things, other things include Angels controlling such and such of Allah's creation.....
How do Allah's angels control parts of the creation?

Is that suppose to be a trick question?

First who cares what the arsharis think.... if it's in the Quran it's true...the why is of no consequence unless otherwise specified...same with the Prophet.

Maybe they can answer this question:
