MISSED CALLS..

Among the marvels of modern technology is also the
ability to track the missed calls which were made by
our friends and foes and the likes. We may not get a
good night’s sleep, unless we have returned the calls
of those who matter. We don't let any call go unanswered
as long as we know that it matters.

But how about the calls of prayer made from the
neighbourhood house of our master, the Almighty Allah?
Those calls are made five times a day and many a times
they go unanswered by some.

Do we respect these missed calls. Do they matter?

Everybody can tell if these really matter. Maybe not today,
or tomorrow, but surely in the hereafter. Can we afford to let
these calls be missed, day after day, after day.

The call from our cherisher, sustainer and the ultimate
master. Just ask yourself how good a night’s sleep can
you have by missing those calls from the house of Allah.

Masha Allah great analogy. I would like to add that even outside the call of the adhan, human are proven weak, helpless and in need of his creator. It is his instinct (or should we call his fitrah) to call to the creator when he is in the time of need. You can read various conversion stories that demonstrate this. (eg. Laurence Brown http://www.leveltruth.com) (http://www.leveltruth.com%29).

They may have coined a scientific term for it something like "god module" etc., but as a muslim, it's one of the proofs of tawheed Rububiyyah. The quran have already mention in in various verses:
"And when they embark on a ship, they invoke Allah, making their Faith pure for Him only, but when He brings them safely to land, behold, they give a share of their worship to others." [Al-'Ankabut 65]

There was once a brother who weighted less then me who once said to me
'Im stronger then you' It made me laugh and then he said ' I can bench press my duvet off myself at time of Fajr'
It was then i realised he was stronger but Alhumdoilah we both strong now...
