assalaam alaykum, i've got £20 worth of vouchers to spend in waterstones and i really don't know what to get... so in shaa Allaah if some brothers/sisters could recommend any good books to get from them, then that would be very useful :) jazaakum Allaah!

wa'alaikum as-salaam,

It depends really what you're looking for, is there anything in particular?

Have you read this (http://www.waterstones.com/waterstonesweb/displayProductDetails.do?sku=5363206) or this (http://www.waterstones.com/waterstonesweb/displayProductDetails.do?sku=4636974) or this (http://www.waterstones.com/waterstonesweb/displayProductDetails.do?sku=5704591)?

Jeffrey Archer's book on his stay in Belmarsh. Obviously he would have had it comfortable compared to the brothers, but he makes some interesting observations.

You can read an extract here:

The shadow of the wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon. Not islamic but an excellent read, you'll love it!
