Does anyone of you know any yemeni scholars upon the quran and sunna and maybe their whereabouts?

What is there to say except, la hawla wa la quwata ila bilah. About year ago on US, I had translated a video collected by our brothers on an arabic site which exposed many of his deviant and misguided sayings. As I recollect, he even quoted evidence as being sahih when in fact they weren't even narrated in any of the 6 books of hadith. Habib Al-Jifri is a hardcore sufi who, as shown in the video, attempts to degrade those who are upon the manhaj of the salaf.

It is best to stay away from him and people of his like since it is clear in this video and many others that he tends to mock those who correct him. It is enough to hear his accusations that we have no love of the Prophet Mohammed, salah allahu 'alayhi wa salam; Instead, we are trying to tear his love from people's hearts.

Quite slanderous of him to say such things and words he shall be accounted for on the day of Judgement. It seems that this is little compared to some of his more deviant performances and sayings.
