would non-muslims have the same rights living in Islamic States.

I have heard many stories from Pakistan that armed guards are needed outside churches (surely this is not true)

I also heard that non muslims are made to convert to islam, sent to prison and tortured.******* I heard that one guy who wanted to convert from Islam to another religion was imprisoned for it. What rights do they have?

In answer to your question, of course they wouldn't. But then Islam doesn't promise any rights, it demands submission to its cause.

The Army of Islam, in this case referred to as 'Jihadists' continue burning churches and murdering innocent Christians in Kosovo, Sudan and elsewhere around the world.

Islam forbids anyone to leave it's jaws once they are sucked into its grasp and to attempt to do so (especially if one sees the light of Christianity) is a death sentence. So is it surprising that Muslims have such a fear of the word of God?

If so many Muslims are dying it's ONLY because Muslims have waged jihad against so many other people in their effort to FORCE Islam on the world. If you keep on doin' what you're doin' you're gonna keep on gettin' what you're gettin'.

Statistics indicate that Muslims perpetrate a disproportionate number of human rights infractions to that of any other single religious group. OPEC nations import disadvantaged boys, aged 4-6, to be jockeys for camel races. The children are fed meagerly to keep them light in weight. Many are seriously injured, and some have been trampled to death. Sudan, Mauritania, and Kuwait actively engage in slavery. It is not unusual for convicted thieves to have limbs surgically removed. Women charged with adultery are stoned to death or receive a gun shot to the temple. Enactments of these punishments have been verified by televised documentaries on Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Often they are occasions of public entertainment. Thousands of Muslims have been taped cheering as the punishments are meted out. To diminish sexual desires, some Muslims practice female genital mutilation, circumcision of the clitoris. This invasive procedure usually ceremoniously takes place just prior to puberty. – In compassionate societies child labor laws have been in place for more than 150 years. Slavery is an unacceptable and prosecutable offense in every Christianized nation. The ultimate goal of Western criminal codes is rehabilitation rather than mutilation. Anyone that intentionally performs a surgical procedure that diminishes the quality of life is liable for suit and prison internment.

The powers have now changed, prior to 2005 there were certain offences athat carried the power of arrest. Now you can be arrested for any offence but to meet the criteria, the Police officer has to do the following.

He/She will tell you the offence you have committed and then will have to give you reason for the ground sof your arrest.

For example if you have been arrested for something which doesn't require questioning as long as you can show your name and address, whether it be that you have a driving licence or something that proves who you are they can't arrest you. However, if you have committed or suspected of having committed an offence which you wil be questioned. They will have to say you "The reasons for your arrest are to allow prompt and effective investigation or questioning...."

Remember this you have to be informed. Pay particular attention when you are booked in and the officer gives the circumstances to the Sergeant. If they don't give reasons for arrest and the custody area is video and audio recorded ..demand your solicitor gets a copy of the video tape...it can make a difference to your case.
