Where to get Black Falg of Islam (Shahada)? [Archive]

Hello,

I am in the UK. I am told that you can get the 'Black Flag of Islam' or a black flag with the Shahda on it (I think these are the same thing???). Where can you get them from? I have seen them with swords on the bottom or sometimes orther things but I would just like a black flag witht the text on it. Can anyone help?

Some of these pictures are from so called 'extremist' groups but I only post them here to you know what I am talking about.

Also, what is the green flag? Or, Whate flag of islam?

The best way to get those flags is make them. Black cloth. The arabic text can be found on google images.

Maybe the T-shirt printing places can help you. I think the green flag belongs to Saudia.

its not exactly what your after, but maybe you can dye it black

just make sure you cover the white part otherwise that will dye too

I personally don't have any Idea where to get the because I never owned one.

Speaking of how awesome I am, does anyone have any links or articles refuting the so-called "vegetarian Muslims" ?

Our dear and beloved Prophet [s] get warned in the Quran not to make something Haram upon himself which was Halal...So where do these "vegetarian Muslims" get off?

Anas Ibn Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, reports that there was a group of the Companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, one of whom said, "I will never marry women"; another said, "I will not eat meat"; a third said, "I will not sleep on a bed"; and a fourth said, "I will fast and never break my fast." When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was informed about this, he praised and thanked Allah, then said: "What is wrong with the people who say such and such? I pray and I sleep; I fast and I break my fast; and I marry women. Whoever deviates from my Sunnah (way) does not belong to me." (Reported by An-Nasaa'i).

Akhi I dont know the ruling about one who chooses to abstain from something which is Halal,but my point is that there is better ways of explaining something to a new muslim rather than saying things like sheer stupidity.

I agree, their is better way to approach the matter.

The black banner was one of the first banners the prophet (saws) used in his battles against quraish. If he wants a black banner for Gods sake let him have one.
Why do you have to ridicule him with such a comment. If somebody would've asked for a flag representing nationalism nobody would've complained and everybody would've helped him. How many people aren't there that have flags of their countries in house or even clothes with their national flag on it. I mean if this guy wants an islamic banner to hang on the wall in his house or whatever then let him. I don't see what's wrong with having a black cloth with the shahada on it.
